Born resident of Paducah, Kentucky, Dr. Adrianna L. Troutman brings her talent and dedication along with 14 years of experience as a Physical Therapist to Purchase Area Physical Therapy. Dr. Troutman graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Kentucky in 1995 earning her Bachelors of Health Sciences Degree in Physical Therapy. Since, she has continued her education by earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from the University of Kentucky in 2008.
Dr. Troutman has worked in the Paducah area since graduating. She has ten years of experience in orthopedics, working closely with orthopedic surgeons to develop treatment plans. She has also worked in home health, pediatrics, school systems and acute care.
Dr. Troutman is a Certified Clinical Education Instructor for the University of Kentucky and West Kentucky Community and Technical College. She has attended numerous continuing education courses focusing on orthopedics and spine rehabilitation.
